You'll work closely with our Planning and QA teams to design and implement new data pipelines, develop and support analysis tools, and ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement data pipelines using Cassandra, Spark, and other tools * Develop and support analysis tools to help our teams make data-driven decisions * Collaborate with our Planning and QA teams to ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality * Develop and maintain documentation to ensure that our data pipelines and analysis tools are well-understood by our teams * Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for data science and software development * Work with our teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and innovation **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field * 2+ years of experience in data science, software development, or a related field * Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++ * Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field * 5+ years of experience in data science, software development, or a related field * Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure * Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence * Certification in data science or software development **Skills and Competencies** * Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++ * Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
