As a Data Protection & Privacy Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our organization meets the highest standards of data protection and privacy, both locally and globally. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement data protection and privacy policies, procedures, and controls, and provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders across the organization. **About the Role** We're seeking an experienced Data Protection & Privacy Analyst to join our team on a remote, online basis. As a key member of our Digital Technology group, you'll be responsible for: * Analyzing and evaluating data protection and privacy requirements and policies, both locally and globally * Developing and implementing data protection and privacy policies, procedures, and controls * Providing expert advice and guidance to stakeholders across the organization on data protection and privacy matters * Collaborating with our team to design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge technology solutions that meet the highest standards of data protection and privacy * Identifying and mitigating risks associated with data protection and privacy, and developing strategies to address these risks * Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in data protection and privacy, and ensuring that our organization remains compliant with relevant laws and regulations **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or Computer Science * At least 3 years of experience in a STEM-related field, with a focus on data protection and privacy * A deep understanding of data protection and privacy requirements and policies, both locally and globally * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management and stakeholders * The ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting strict deadlines and delivering high-quality results * Reliable and punctual attendance, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity **What Will Help You Stand Out** While the minimum qualifications listed above are essential for success in this role, we're also looking for candidates who can bring additional skills and experience to the table.
