As a key member of our Digital Technology group, you'll be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our data, while also providing expert guidance on data protection and privacy requirements and policies. With a strong background in cybersecurity, information technology, or computer science, you'll have the skills and expertise to succeed in this challenging and rewarding role. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Protection & Privacy Analyst at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities: * Analyze and evaluate data protection and privacy requirements and policies to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations * Develop and implement data protection and privacy strategies to mitigate risks and ensure the security of our data * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain highly scalable technology solutions that meet data protection and privacy requirements * Provide expert guidance and training to colleagues on data protection and privacy best practices * Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions * Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data protection and privacy, and apply this knowledge to inform our strategies and solutions **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to have the following qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in a STEM-related field, with a focus on data protection and privacy * Strong understanding of data protection and privacy requirements and policies, including local, national, and international regulations * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management and staff * Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines, and to handle multiple tasks concurrently * Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship **Preferred Qualifications** While the following qualifications are not required, they will certainly give you an edge in this role: * CISA certification * Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols, and network security * Knowledge of safety engineering and architecture principles * Knowledge of cryptography and cryptographic key control principles * Experience with data protection and privacy vendors, tools, and products * Ability to interpret noncompliance and determine its impact on levels of risk and/or average effectiveness of the company's cybersecurity program **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's truly inclusive and diverse.
