Job Synopsis As a Data Preparation Technician at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Sort and distribute incoming departmental mail or work requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Verify work process reports to guarantee required data is available, and request missing documentation as needed. Output, image, and list reports, and prepare correspondence or packages for internal/external mailing. Maintain departmental logs, spreadsheets, or databases, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date records. Monitor supply stock and order supplies as necessary to support team operations. Assist other staff members with related tasks on a case-by-case basis, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to collaborate. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need: A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. No prior work experience is required, as we'll provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed. Proficiency in standard office equipment and software, with the ability to learn new tools and systems as needed.
