You'll work closely with product groups to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and connected, and that it's bringing value to their products. Your expertise will help us enhance underlying data quality through better methods, analysis, and user education. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Lead at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing close-to-term and long-term vision for deal information needs across the studio, including data quality and data education. Create quarterly goals to meet near and long-term business objectives and lead the execution of roadmap initiatives. * Acting as the primary data entity subject-matter expert professionally across the studio, consulting with product management, engineers, designers, and stakeholders on work related to deal information. * Working with product management, product DSE, and other partners to define, create, analyze, and document metrics that provide visibility into various dimensions of data quality. * Independently defining and implementing methods to scale data quality work efficiently. * Leading data quality projects to support product development and to enhance foundational data quality, developing distinct plans that identify business impact, timelines, and risks and executing work. * Managing stakeholder requests and driving stakeholder alignment when needed. * Acting as an aid for responding to users' data-related support requests. * Partnering with business groups to create and implement more efficient processes, best data practices, and educational documentation. **Required Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 6+ years of experience working in data management with databases and/or content management systems. * Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data across a broad environment to diagnose issues and devise solutions. * Strong expertise in workflow and the ability to understand inefficiencies. * General knowledge of the pitch-to-play lifecycle of content. * Knowledge of data lifecycle and data governance concepts. * Excellent time-management and project-management skills and the ability to manage timelines for multiple projects. * Strong ability to communicate with empathy and clarity to technical and non-technical audiences. * Flexible in an evolving environment. * Proficiency with Google Suite and table-based total packages (e.g., Excel, Airtable). **Additive Skills** While not required, experience in the following areas will be beneficial: * Experience with SQL. * Experience working with product, engineering, and customer service groups. * Experience in legal operations or studio operations. * Experience working at a studio, distributor, movie sales, manufacturing company, agency, control corporation, or other entertainment operation. **Why Join arenaflex?** As a Data Lead at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and contribute to the success of our business.
