Your primary responsibilities will include: * Proficiency with Esri software, including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online * Creating, editing, managing, and publishing GIS feature data, both in a geodatabase environment and on the cloud * Cartographic design and geospatial analysis methods * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook * Supporting the development of GIS applications and APIs **Key Responsibilities** * Create, edit, and manage GIS feature data using Esri software, including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online * Design and publish maps using cartographic principles and geospatial analysis methods * Develop and maintain GIS databases, including data modeling, data validation, and data quality control * Collaborate with the development team to design and implement GIS applications and APIs * Provide technical support and training to team members on GIS software and tools * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in GIS and data analysis **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Geography, Earth Science, Data Science, or a related field * 2 years of relevant work experience in GIS, data analysis, or a related field * Proficiency in Esri software, including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Avenza MAPublisher * Working knowledge of Arcade and/or JavaScript programming for GIS applications and APIs * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Familiarity with cloud-based GIS platforms, such as ArcGIS Online or Google Cloud **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook * Familiarity with GIS software, including Esri and other related tools * Strong understanding of cartographic principles and geospatial analysis methods **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
