As a Data Entry Specialist with Auditing and Customer Service Focus, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data related to work orders and invoices. Your work will support auditing, billing, and reporting functions, helping us deliver top-notch service to our customers. You'll work closely with our Customer Service Management team to identify and report cost savings, and collaborate with service providers to resolve discrepancies in invoices.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Accurately enter data from work orders and invoices into our system, ensuring high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
* Perform audits to identify duplicate or excessive charges and implement cost-saving adjustments, helping us optimize our operations and reduce costs
* Collaborate with service providers to resolve discrepancies in invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment
* Work closely with the Customer Service Management team to identify and report cost savings, helping us deliver exceptional customer service
* Meet monthly deadlines and maintain high standards of accuracy, ensuring seamless data processing and reporting
* Participate in special projects and take on additional duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability
**What We're Looking For**
* Strong keyboarding skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
