Key Responsibilities Execute data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy (minimum typing speed of 40 WPM required). Assist in the manual setup of organizations and user credentials during the migration to a new platform. Support end-users by establishing organization and user profiles. Collaborate with team members to facilitate seamless transitions for clients to the new application system. Work flexible shifts as per project requirements, with options including 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM (EST). Required Skills Typing Proficiency: Fast and accurate typing abilities (over 40 WPM). Language Skills: Strong command of English; bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Communication Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage directly with end-users.
