**Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Transportation Analytics and Business Operations Support**

About the Position As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for working with large, messy datasets and developing ad-hoc analyses to inform business decisions. You'll create ETLs and data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges. You'll also engage with cross-functional teams to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs to share relevant information. Responsibilities * Work with large, messy, disparate datasets and develop ad-hoc analyses to inform business decisions * Create ETLs or tactics that pull data from multiple locations and centralize it in a single table * Develop data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges * Engage with cross-functional teams to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs to share relevant information * Leverage scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks for reporting (screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition) * Document your tactics and share your expertise with colleagues, mentoring them as you become a Subject Matter Expert Preferred Qualifications * Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau * Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations * Experience with Python or other scripting languages * Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc. Essential Qualifications * Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity * Creativity with a User Experience basis to develop impactful Tableau Dashboards * Business Operations Fluency, with the ability to recognize and root out business problems * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally Benefits * Competitive salary * Incentive awards for performance * 401(k) match * Inventory buy plan * Paid maternity and parental leave * PTO * Multiple fitness plans * And more!
