Our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is reflected in our workplace culture, where we celebrate the unique perspectives and talents of our employees. **Job Summary** As a Data Entry Specialist – Tier II / EAM Support – Seasonal, you'll play a critical role in supporting the EAM Project team by providing high-quality data entry services, conducting incident logging and categorization, and assisting with monitoring information systems for quality assurance. You'll work closely with our team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes, and provide exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers. **Key Responsibilities** • Maintains professional customer service and support of best practices • Conducts incident logging, categorization, and prioritization of events triggered by internal and external customers and triggers from internally developed applications • Assists with monitoring information systems for quality assurance • Uploads and validates HCM staff information data into the EAM system within arenaflex divisions • Evaluates time (labor) reports by staff from the EAM system • Tracks trends such as terminations, certifications, total updates, and labor tracking • Assists with facilitation and training of staff and management on information systems • Tests processes within the EAM system • Performs varied data entry work involving some complexity and variety • Accomplishes a variety of work with Microsoft Office Suite • Provides help with troubleshooting support to end users **Essential Qualifications** • High School Diploma or GED • 3 + years Computer or Data Entry experience • Experience using Microsoft Office applications involving Excel, Word, and Outlook • Typing speed 40 WPM • A valid driver's license in accordance with both State and arenaflex rules and regulations.
