**Job Summary**

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the operations of Southwest Airlines, one of the world's leading airlines. You'll be responsible for gathering, processing, and analyzing complex data sets, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements. Your expertise will help drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Gather and process large, complex data sets to meet business requirements
* Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements, including re-designing systems for greater flexibility and automating manual processes
* Develop and maintain logical tools to extract, transform, and load data from various sources using AWS and SQL technologies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data, planning, product, and leadership groups, to resolve data-related technical issues
* Work with stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business performance metrics
* Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information technology, data analytics)
* Strong understanding of data analysis principles, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization
* Proficiency in AWS and SQL technologies, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify complex issues and develop effective solutions
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and quality

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information technology, data analytics)
* Experience working with large, complex data sets and developing data-driven solutions
* Familiarity with data governance principles and data quality standards
* Experience with data security and compliance regulations, such as GDPR and HIPAA
* Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
