With activities in over 40 countries, our representatives and cast members work together to create entertainment experiences that are both universally and personally treasured. **About the Role** As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of sports data across all arenaflex platforms. This includes working with automated data feeds and manual data entry to guarantee the delivery of precise, up-to-date, and engaging sports information. You will also play a key role in transforming data into compelling storylines, identifying factual events that help explain why a team won or lost. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure sports data disseminated by Details and Data is accurate, timely, and engaging * Work in individual settings and in teams to deliver accurate detailed breakdowns, clock-and-score, and other metrics and data in real-time that power a multitude of arenaflex products and productions * Create and maintain a working knowledge of Details and Data's role in fueling arenaflex digital products and television productions * Check the results of one's own work and that of others; perform with a consistently high level of scrutiny * Contribute to production, projects, and initiatives across the newsroom, and assist newsroom leaders who are overseeing full- and part-time staff * Anticipate potential issues, both daily and long-term, and propose possible solutions. Communicate rapidly and clearly with colleagues on these issues * Play a proactive role in working with colleagues in creating or refining production processes * Be an active participant in team and office meetings * Seek and respond to feedback on personal performance * Remain informed about current office policies and procedures **Required Capabilities** * Working knowledge of teams, players, and the rules of the games * Full-time availability, which will include evenings (only), weekends, and holidays * Ability to rapidly learn production processes that produce or maintain sports data that drives arenaflex's digital and television products * Capacity to achieve a high level of content accuracy in time-sensitive production circumstances * Ability to communicate confidently – verbally and in writing – to production managers and colleagues about production issues and opportunities, often through the din of a busy newsroom **Preferred Capabilities** * 1+ years of experience working in sports or potentially analytics, ideally in media * Knowledge of how sports data is used in media and for research purposes * Working knowledge of arenaflex products and productions * Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools * Experience leading or training a team * Ability to speak and write Spanish * Experience using social media in a business or news context **Required Education** * High school diploma or equivalent **Preferred Education** * Professional education or equivalent **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee of arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative team that is passionate about creating engaging sports content.
