**Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote Investment Operations**

We're now seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team and contribute to the success of our investment operations. **Job Summary:** As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities. You'll be responsible for processing exchange buy and sell transactions, identifying and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and our fund business or transfer representatives. This role also involves handling corporate activity events, settling and reconciling transfer activity, and processing and reconciling returns activity. You'll work closely with our Retail and Institutional Company Teams, as well as external partners, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. **Key Responsibilities:** * Process exchange buy and sell transactions in customer profiles, recognizing and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and the fund business or transfer representatives * Handle corporate activity events, including settling and reconciling transfer activity and processing and reconciling returns activity * Conduct research on complex or escalated issues, perform testing and validation of new innovation improvements and vendor changes * Complete projects in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor account * Analyze and refine client purchases to ensure accuracy and prevent account attrition, client dissatisfaction, and/or liability for arenaflex * Communicate primarily with Retail and Institutional Company Teams through email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce * Collaborate with TD Ameritrade Cleaning in daily interactions with fund companies, transfer brokers, opposite organizations, and other external business partners **Tasks Analysis:** * Review membership deals or transactions requests * Identify client/Advisor level exceptions * Meet regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3) * Settle Business, Dividend, and Transfer Breaks * Reconcile around BOS and Fund Companies * Evaluate and analyze relevant tax code and correct tax coding errors * Resolve internal/external system enhancements or concerns * Identify and remediate breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc. * Deliver method or innovation solution choices to Control * Remediate transmission problems with the Fund or Contra Agency * Provide customer or organization companion service, answering questions related to Fund specific requirements/eligibility * Expedite client requests or remediate not in good order concerns by providing act on Choice Investment moves * Timely and accurate completion of client investing and returns requests **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required;
