**Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Regulatory Compliance and Appeals Support**

If you share our values and are passionate about delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Providing analytical problem-solving support to the Commercial and Medicare Appeals and Grievances staff * Serving as a central point of contact for staff both inside and outside of Appeals and Grievances * Utilizing knowledge of current business practices, policies, systems, procedures, and testing tools and practices to provide innovative solutions to business problems * Analyzing and researching data to identify trends and areas for improvement * Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and meet deadline requirements * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives * Providing technical support for all PC and LAN systems, including Windows, the mainframe, MS Office, FACETS, PBM, and other systems that require access * Assisting with the development, implementation, and monitoring of ongoing product and regulatory support * Contributing to the research, evaluation, organization, and creation of policies and procedures based on identified training requirements * Serving as the unit's subject matter expert for FACETS' customer service inquiry module and appeals module configuration * Preparing up-to-date, in-depth exercises and labs for new employees and supporting refresher training * Assisting in the preparation and evaluation of corporate and regulatory requirements for compliance with federal and state regulations * Supporting data validation and universe pulls through data analysis and reporting * Aiding in the department's research and resolution of independent analysis-identified trends when requested by management * Conducting peer reviews and documenting findings as assigned * Supporting the audit and mentoring new employees and employees undergoing cross-training at the desk * Providing functional training to peers as dictated by workload * Receiving and analyzing performance metrics and other forms of communication from other departments to ascertain the impact on the department and the actions required * Assisting with programs for training and frequently communicating with training staff and management to share resources **Essential Qualifications and Responsibilities** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science, or healthcare administration) * 2+ years of experience in data entry, regulatory compliance, or a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Experience with FACETS, PBM, and other relevant systems * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements **Preferred Qualifications and Responsibilities** * Master's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science, or healthcare administration) * 3+ years of experience in data entry, regulatory compliance, or a related field * Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) * Certification in a related field (e.g., Certified Data Analyst, Certified Regulatory Compliance Professional) * Experience with process improvement and quality assurance initiatives * Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to healthcare and data privacy **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Experience with FACETS, PBM, and other relevant systems * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements * Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to healthcare and data privacy * Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) * Certification in a related field (e.g., Certified Data Analyst, Certified Regulatory Compliance Professional) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our employees.
