You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain financial forecasting models, analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and communicate findings to senior leadership. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will enable you to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze and interpret complex data to inform pricing and underwriting decisions * Develop and maintain financial forecasting models using advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL, and SAS techniques * Identify and solve pricing issues through data analysis and evaluation of internal and external data * Communicate findings to senior leadership and internal stakeholders, including executives, finance, reporting, operations, business development, and sales teams * Provide compensation charge suggestions based on complex pricing models for multimillion-dollar opportunities * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to expand financial forecasting models and assist in documentation * Present pricing idea suggestions, data analysis, and financial models to management on a regular basis * Prepare senior-level executive documentation of pricing idea financial metric suggestions (Executive Governance Memos) **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Business, Actuarial Science, or Pharmacoeconomics * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and patterns * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior leadership and internal stakeholders * Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines * Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL, and SAS * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM), contracting, finance, account management, or pricing * Strong knowledge of data, business metrics, and operational processes * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide records to executives and leaders * Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel * Ability to challenge results, address ambiguity, resolve issues, make decisions, see trends/patterns within data sets, and identify root causes **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-35/hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including company-paid life insurance, medical, prescription drugs, dental, and vision * Retirement savings plan (401(k)) * Employee stock purchase plan * Paid time off (PTO) * Holidays * Paid parental leave (PPL) * Transportation benefit plan * Employee store discount * Voluntary life & personal accident insurance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and analytical individual with a passion for data analysis and problem-solving, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
