**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Plano, TX team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our clients' data. You'll be responsible for data intake and processing, Salesforce operations, and communication and coordination with our sales team. **Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
* **Data Intake and Processing:**
+ Regularly monitor and retrieve data from Tableau and Google Forms.
+ Conduct thorough data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* **Salesforce Operations:**
+ Utilize Salesforce to search for existing records matching the incoming data.
+ Create new records in Salesforce for unmatched submissions, accurately populating required fields.
+ Update existing records as needed to maintain data integrity.
* **Communication and Coordination:**
+ Use a template to provide relevant information about the processed submissions via email.
+ Collaborate with the sales team to address any questions or concerns regarding the data and processes.
+ Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* **Essential Qualifications:**
+ Proficiency in Salesforce, including data entry, record creation, and search functions.
+ Excellent knowledge of G-Suite applications, particularly Google Forms and Sheets.
+ Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
+ Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.
+ Organizational and time management skills.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* **Preferred Qualifications:**
