About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our data structure teams, ensuring that our data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to our stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and attention to detail Verify data for errors and inconsistencies, and take corrective action as needed Collaborate with our data structure teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration Support the development and maintenance of our data platforms and tools Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and technical program managers Our Data Structure Teams Our data structure teams are responsible for building and maintaining the foundation of our data infrastructure. We have several teams that focus on different aspects of data management, including: Metadata Permission Platform This team builds and operates a scalable metadata permission platform that enables data queries to work at sub-millisecond latencies while allowing arenaflex microservices to store, consume, and manage their data more efficiently. Data Platform Foundation This team serves as a platform for our internal data platforms, providing a standardized system and tooling that enables arenaflex to deliver state-of-the-art data and analytics structures to the rest of the organization without building custom platforms for each new system. Data Development and Management This team offers a self-service platform that enables various client personas across arenaflex to meet their low-latency data development and management needs, supporting reflection across complex streaming designs like Kafka and link. Big Data Engineering This team is responsible for providing the cloud-native platform for distributed data processing at arenaflex, offering support for Spark, ETL data into the petabytes-scale data warehouse, and access that data using Spark and Presto/TrinoDB. Big Data Orchestration This team provides the platform for scheduling, managing, and executing big data jobs and workflows in a self-serve way, integrating fundamental services that have all ETL and ML jobs running on Big Data Systems at arenaflex.
