Job Summary: Data Entry Specialist Intern In this 90-180 day job training program, you will have the opportunity to learn and perform the full life-cycle project management process for all departments across the enterprise, including the adoption and incorporation of best-in-class project management stages: planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. As a Data Entry Specialist Intern, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our company's databases and systems, requiring a high level of attention to detail, speed, and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems, ensuring data integrity and quality. Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, performing regular data quality checks as needed. Update and maintain data records, maintaining documentation of data entry processes and procedures. Assist with data-related tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication. Essential Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in basic computer skills and data entry principles. Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred, although we welcome applicants with a strong desire to learn and grow. Skills: Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), with excellent typing speed and accuracy. Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills and a positive attitude. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with project management principles and practices, with a desire to learn and grow in this area.
