**Job Summary**

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in managing high volumes of utility bill data entries with speed and accuracy. **Key Responsibilities**

* Efficiently and accurately input data related to utility bills, meeting daily targets and maintaining a consistent pace throughout the work shift.
* Work remotely with required working hours of 7 AM - 3:30 PM Pacific Time, regardless of personal time zone.
* Manage multiple data entry and administrative projects simultaneously, utilizing dual monitors and specific hardware setups to maximize productivity and accuracy.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data entry and administrative processes, contributing to the overall success of arenaflex.

**Job Requirements**

* Demonstrable data entry experience (1-4 years) with a minimum typing speed of 14,000 keystrokes per hour.
* Ability to set up a home office with the following:
+ A Windows-based computer system (MACs are not compatible).
+ Dual high-resolution monitors.
+ A web camera, speakers or headphones, and a 10-key keyboard.
* Experience with data compilation and report generation.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
* 1-4 years of experience in data entry, with a minimum typing speed of 14,000 keystrokes per hour.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
* Experience with data compilation and report generation.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
