About the Role: Data Entry Specialist for Starbucks At Home We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a Data Entry Specialist for Starbucks At Home, you'll play a critical role in providing high-level administrative support to our team, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence. Support the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects, working closely with senior leaders and other stakeholders. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong data entry skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role, preferably in a corporate or business setting. Experience working with complex data management systems and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
