Key Responsibilities Data Processing : Accurately input work order and invoice information into our systems, which is essential for auditing, billing, and client reporting. This includes ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established protocols. Quality Assurance : Serve as the primary reviewer for duplicate charges and discrepancies to improve cost-saving measures for our customers. This involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing process improvements to enhance overall efficiency. Collaboration : Work closely with service providers and Customer Service Managers to streamline operations and communicate effectively. This includes providing timely and accurate information, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Dispute Resolution : Audit invoices and address unnecessary charges to maximize savings. This involves analyzing data, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and implement process improvements. Project Participation : Engage in special projects and complete additional assigned tasks as required. This may include participating in process improvement initiatives, providing training and support to colleagues, and contributing to the development of new procedures and protocols. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will require: Education : An Associate's Degree is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant coursework or certifications in data entry, business administration, or a related field may be advantageous. Technical Skills : Strong accuracy and speed in keyboarding, proficiency in Excel and Word, with familiarity in Salesforce being advantageous. You should be comfortable learning new software applications and systems. Experience : Background in material handling and aerial equipment is preferred but not essential. Relevant experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field may be beneficial. Personal Attributes : Exceptional attention to detail, ability to work independently, and comfort with repetitive tasks are essential for success.
