About the Role As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient entry of data into the QuickClaim system. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in this position. You will be responsible for identifying document types, reviewing and verifying entered data, and maintaining the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter data into the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images Identify document types based on provided documentation Review and verify entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality requirements Ensure all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential following HIPAA standards Professionally interact with other staff as needed Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes Work until all tasks are completed for the day Perform other basic office duties as assigned Compensation and Schedule blithequark offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $12 per hour, with part-time and full-time openings available. Full-time positions are preferred, with a minimum of 20 hours per week required. Available shifts vary between 8:00am-9:00pm CST, Monday-Friday, providing flexibility to accommodate your needs.
