Job Summary
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for studying, resolving, and correcting eligibility records to ensure that our pharmacy adjudication system's data aligns with our enrollment package records. This will involve working with shared mailboxes and work queues, resolving problems from multiple regions, discovering and resolving errors from various reports, reconciling eligibility among systems, and collaborating with internal and external teams to create effective solutions. Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to identify discrepancies and errors
Resolve problems and issues from multiple regions, working closely with various teams to provide effective solutions
Discover and resolve mistakes from numerous reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Reconcile eligibility among systems, ensuring that data is consistent and up-to-date
Collaborate with internal and external teams to create effective solutions and resolve issues
Monitor and track records, ensuring that data is accurate and complete
Provide exceptional support to stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Experience in records analysis and study, with a strong understanding of data management principles
Healthcare industry experience, with a knowledge of eligibility records and pharmacy adjudication systems
Working expertise in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
1-2 years of associated experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field


Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

Healthcare industry expertise, with a deep understanding of eligibility records and pharmacy adjudication systems
Experience working in a remote environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to create effective reports and dashboards


Education
A High School Diploma is required for this role, although additional education or training in a related field may be an advantage.
