Experienced Data Entry Specialist for Remote CVS Health Projects - Clinical Adjudication and PA Operations

About the Role As a Data Entry Specialist at CVS Health, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Clinical Adjudication and Prior Authorization (PA) operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data entry, analysis, and reporting, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail, meeting productivity and quality standards. Participate in enterprise requirement determinations, Clinical Adjudication tasks, and root cause analysis for override issues. Collaborate with teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and effectiveness. Support CAPAS carrier catalog offerings and implementation of patron PA documents during the Clinical review part of the member statistics transition process. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of RxClaim, Data Warehouse, and other relevant systems and tools. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and articulate findings to stakeholders. Demonstrate CVS Health values, including collaboration, accountability, and strategic thinking. Essential Qualifications 1-2 years of experience working with large data sets, analyzing data, and identifying trends and opportunities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply logical reasoning and judgment. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Self-motivated with a strong, positive attitude, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with RxClaim, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Access. Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse. Experience using MS Access database.
