About the Role: Data Entry Specialist We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, working closely with our IT team to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business success. Key Responsibilities: Data Entry and Management: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high-quality and consistency. Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Collaboration: Work closely with our IT team to develop and implement data-driven solutions, providing input on data requirements and ensuring seamless integration. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve data entry processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and implementing changes as needed. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a data entry or related role, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data entry software and tools, with experience working with databases and data management systems. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and insights in data. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Certifications: Snowflake SnowPro certification or other relevant certifications. Experience with ELT: Experience with Extract, Load, and Transform (ELT) processes, and data pipeline management. Leadership Experience: Experience leading or mentoring a team, with a proven track record of success.
