Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on accurately entering data into our QuickClaim system, reviewing and verifying the quality of entered data, and maintaining the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards. Your responsibilities will include: Accurately entering data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images. Identifying document types based on provided guidelines to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Reviewing and verifying that entered data meets quality standards, with a focus on attention to detail and efficiency. Maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards, ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive data. Collaborating professionally with other team members as needed, contributing to a supportive and inclusive work environment. Suggesting improvements or enhancements to job processes, demonstrating a proactive and innovative approach to your work. Ensuring all tasks are completed each day before clocking out, with a focus on productivity and time management. Compensation and Schedule At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package and flexible scheduling options to support your work-life balance. The details of our offer include: Pay Rate: $12 per hour, with opportunities for growth and development. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with full-time preferred, to accommodate your needs and preferences. A minimum of 20 hours per week is required, with flexible scheduling options to support your work-life balance. Available shifts vary between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, to accommodate your schedule and preferences.
