Key Responsibilities Connect directly with veterinary facilities to coordinate prescription authorizations, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests. Investigate and troubleshoot to determine appropriate solutions for clients and core partners, following up as necessary to resolve issues. Complete accurate data entry of prescriptions into bolthires's healthcare software. Maintain a high level of quality through data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders. Work with understanding, undivided attention, patience, empathy, and graciousness to clients and partners alike. Communicate effectively with veterinary facilities via telephone, utilizing internal programs and systems to navigate solutions and document center note accounts. Expect to spend a significant portion of the typical business day on outbound veterinary center/client telephone contacts. Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience working in a client or healthcare-centered environment. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening). Ability to multitask (e.g., chat on the telephone while navigating on the PC and taking notes). Proficiency with bolthires Outlook. High school education or equivalent. Ability to maintain a Pharmacy Professional Permit from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where applicable. Strong critical thinking skills. Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt to change as per the business needs of the organization. Flexibility to shift schedule and stay at work longer than required depending on the needs of the specialty unit. Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information. Ability to pass a background check. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Previous experience in a pharmacy or veterinary setting. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
