Your primary focus will be on leveraging Voice of the Customer (VOC) methods to transform data within the Cornerstone Big Data Platform, ensuring that business requirements are met with precision and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with utility teams to outline, define, and capture commercial enterprise needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Grow knowledge of VOC methods and leverage this understanding to define and transform data within the Cornerstone Big Data Platform. Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions. Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python. Deliver innovative solutions that ensure data quality and accuracy through extensive testing at various levels and use cases. Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using the massive data ecosystem. Power consumer tale analysis and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools. Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency. Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end process. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you should possess: Hands-on experience in development on Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, and shell scripting languages, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in data-driven tasks. Strong understanding of development launch management and troubleshooting for data-driven tasks. Excellent collaboration skills , with the ability to work closely with relationship managers and product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables. Familiarity with Agile methodologies , where small increments of a product are delivered at regular intervals to business teams. Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles is preferred. Excellent typing speed and accuracy , with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems. Flexible availability to work varying shifts as needed.
