Key Responsibilities Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data into databases, spreadsheets, and other electronic systems, ensuring data integrity and completeness. Verifying data accuracy and resolving discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner. Organizing and maintaining documents and files in a systematic and secure manner, adhering to established protocols and procedures. Assisting with data cleanup and quality assurance initiatives to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Generating reports and summaries as required, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or a related field is a plus. Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of data management principles and practices. Proficiency in typing and data entry skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), with familiarity with database management systems and software applications.
