Key Responsibilities Enter data from various sources (paper, image, phone, and/or email) with high accuracy and speed, meeting the demands of a fast-paced transportation environment. Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service. Track shipments and update records accordingly, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. Organize paperwork and maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards of operational efficiency. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives, demonstrating a strong commitment to teamwork and cooperation. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Ability to complete data entry tasks in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and speed, meeting productivity standards. Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with colleagues and customers. Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, with proficiency in data entry software and systems. Transportation industry experience is preferred, although not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support for all new employees.
