Job Overview In this remote, full-time position, you will be responsible for efficiently inputting a variety of data into our user interface, including board orders, meeting minutes, press releases, and more. Key Responsibilities Analyze documents to find relevant data to add into our FACIS database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Conduct additional research as necessary about the source, including contacting the data authority for guidance on how to interpret documents. Communicate clearly with management, peers, and stakeholders on processes and data acquisition/transformation, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective results. Articulate data transformation processes clearly, demonstrating a deep understanding of our systems and procedures. Takes on additional periodical and/or ad-hoc projects/tasks when necessary, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Work self-motivated with limited oversight, using provided resources to answer questions and seeking assistance when needed. Meet quality and efficiency benchmarks, ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards. Complete items within the Data Entry queue, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age. Willingness and ability to take ownership and initiative on tasks and projects. Ability to work as part of a team to provide on-time results, demonstrating excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to learn quickly and adjust priorities throughout the day, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Uncompromising approach to meeting/exceeding pressing deadlines and expectations, ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office products. Strong critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Healthcare industry experience, providing a deeper understanding of our clients' needs and expectations. Experience in data entry and comparison, demonstrating a strong foundation in data management and analysis.
