Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exemplary service to multiple clients, including product manufacturers, physicians, patients, and internal customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely release of accurate information to diverse clients, while maintaining effective systems and promoting a positive and professional working relationship with associates and management. Key Responsibilities Maintain effective systems to support the timely release of accurate information to diverse clients Responsible for the intake of all program-specific correspondence, including mail and inbound faxed documents Log information into appropriate databases and triage all program-specific mail to the appropriate reimbursement case advocate, reimbursement specialist, and/or management team Conduct payer research and territory assignment management Assist with inbound call volume as received Distribute reports daily, disseminating information to appropriate distribution vendors, reimbursement case advocates, reimbursement specialists, and/or management team Maintain and promote a positive and professional working relationship with associates and management Comply with all appropriate program policies and procedures Work on problems of moderate scope, where analysis of data requires a review of a variety of factors, and exercise judgment within defined standard operating procedures to determine appropriate action Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with the requirements of the position.
