**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
* **Data Entry**: Accurately enter financial and account balance data provided by financial institutions, meeting productivity and quality standards.
* **Record Maintenance**: Keep detailed records of data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* **Deadline Management**: Process data within the same day of receipt, adhering to strict service level agreements.
* **File Handling**: Rename and split large files promptly after training, ensuring efficient data management.
* **Mail Operations**: Operate envelope inserters and other mail equipment efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate mail processing.
* **Mail Sorting**: Sort incoming mail by type of data, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
* **Follow-up**: Contact financial institutions regarding requests with missing account information, including phone communication if necessary.
* **Mail Pickup**: Occasionally pick up mail from the nearby Post Office, ensuring timely and efficient mail processing.
* **Additional Duties**: Perform other department responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
**Requirements**
