**Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Alternate Investments Reconciliation and Trade Processing (Remote)**

You'll work closely with our Retail and Institutional Service Teams to process trade deals, identify and address breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents, and perform various other tasks that directly impact our clients' profiles. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and the fund companies or transfer agents * Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle/reconcile transactions tasks, and process/reconcile returns activity * Perform analysis of complex/escalated issues and testing/validation of new innovation enhancements and provider modifications * Complete projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly influence the Client/Advisor profile * Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce * Collaborate with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners to ensure seamless transactions **Duties and Tasks** * Review and process subscription deals or transfer requests * Identify and address client/advisor account exceptions * Ensure compliance with regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3) * Reconcile Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks * Resolve issues across BOS and Fund Companies * Review and analyze correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding errors * Troubleshoot internal/external system improvements or concerns * Identify and resolve root causes of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc. * Provide method or innovation service alternatives to Management * Remediate transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm * Answer business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility * Provide follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not neat issues * Promptly and accurately finalize client investing and dividend demands **Essential Qualifications** * No prior experience required; willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Basic knowledge of financial concepts and terminology * Proficiency in using email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in data entry or a related field * Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance * Familiarity with TD Ameritrade and fund company systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Skills and Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Basic knowledge of financial concepts and terminology * Proficiency in using email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
