Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, your primary focus will be on accurately and efficiently entering data into our database. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Inputting a high volume of data from multiple sources into the blithequark database with a high level of accuracy. Ensuring all necessary data is entered correctly to facilitate timely claims and application processing. Identifying and correcting errors using appropriate quality control methods to maintain data integrity. Reviewing data for discrepancies and obtaining further information for incomplete documents to ensure completeness and accuracy. Notifying applicable department leadership if the system is not accepting information to resolve issues promptly. Maintaining a daily production log to ensure all time and work are accurately documented for performance tracking and improvement. Performing other duties as assigned to support the team and contribute to the overall success of blithequark. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. While experience in data entry or related office experience is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Essential qualifications include: Strong attention to detail to ensure high levels of data accuracy. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders. High school diploma or equivalent as a minimum educational requirement. Preferred qualifications include experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed, and proficiency in data entry software.
