Job Summary As a Senior Learning Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, create data visualizations, and develop business insights that inform training programs and drive business outcomes. You will work closely with senior leaders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions that meet those needs. Key Responsibilities Apply advanced knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Alteryx, Tableau, and SQL, to create insights that inform business decisions. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, create data visualizations, and develop business insights that drive training programs and business outcomes. Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions that meet those needs. Support escalated and complex data troubleshooting for business customers. Gather and interpret requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and present findings. Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or processes to problems. Work with the Business Intelligence Analyst to solve problems and share knowledge of tools and techniques. Perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED. Advanced level experience in data analysis, visualization, and presentation. Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as SQL, Python, Alteryx, Qlik, Attunity, or other similar toolsets. Ability to apply advanced knowledge of data cleaning techniques and tools to create insights. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to work under tight time constraints and at times, in demanding conditions. Preferred Qualifications To stand out as a candidate, you will need: Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and Visual Basic. Working experience in Air Operations training and Advance Qualification Program (AQP).
