About the Role We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Professional to join our team at blithequark. As a Data Entry Professional, you will be responsible for driving the development of new products, capabilities, and competencies based on an intimate understanding of customer, business, and technology. Key Responsibilities Drive the vision and development of new products, capabilities, and competencies based on an intimate understanding of customer, business, and technology Be a vital participant in concept development and end-to-end customer experience design, integrating customer research, usability research, and market evaluation into actionable product requirements Lead customer-wide strategic initiatives to drive business results, enhance customer stories, and increase agility in product development Force products through development, testing, and launch, advocating to achieve the best consequences Write and prioritize features for new products and product upgrades, balancing the needs of customers and stakeholders Ability to manage and negotiate across internal partners, including internet, mobile, technology, risk, legal, compliance, and more to define and pivot product desires Display product data and customer feedback post-launch, conducting A/B tests and check & learns in partnership with virtual platform groups to refine features and enhance customer engagement Partner closely with technology groups and oversee end-to-end delivery Essential Qualifications 3 years' experience in product development or a related field Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Deeply inquisitive, enjoys creative problem-solving, has a strong interest in data, and a can-do mindset Strong end-customer awareness and knowledge of customer empathy Enjoy operating with partners to ideate and outline business capabilities in Rally or a similar tool; prioritizing features based on business/customer value and feasibility, achieving product owner check validations Capability to manage technical, regulatory, as well as communication complexity in large multi-workstream initiatives Proven strategic thought leadership to increase and iterate the product roadmap and backlog ensuring global reusability Self-influenced with the ability to manage multiple project priorities and force flawless execution in a quickly changing, highly matrixed environment Outstanding communication competencies with the potential to interact and impact partners and senior leaders Previous experience in an Agile or Scaled Agile product improvement environment Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment Familiarity with data entry software and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our colleagues.
