Job Overview Key Responsibilities Process a high volume of orders on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and attention to specific customer requirements Review orders for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner Provide customers with timely and professional responses to questions on order status, tracking, and other general inquiries Manage online customer orders and associated data via EDI portals, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Generate internal reports to sales and production teams, providing insights and supporting business decision-making Communicate regularly with the warehouse team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly Invoice orders daily, weekly, and as needed, ensuring timely and accurate billing Support the sales and marketing team as needed, providing administrative assistance and contributing to business growth Handle other general office duties, including rotating tasks within the department as needed and maintaining a flexible and adaptable approach Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high degree of proficiency in data entry, software applications, and online portals. Previous experience with ERP software is highly desirable, as is proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Experience in a customer service and order processing environment is preferred, but not required.
