Key Responsibilities Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance with our quality standards and operational requirements. Manage and maintain large datasets, performing data validation and quality checks to ensure data integrity and consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve data entry processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our data entry systems, procedures, and policies, staying up-to-date with any changes or updates. Provide excellent customer service, responding to internal and external queries in a professional and timely manner. Essential Qualifications Be able to commit to the full thirteen-week summer internship program (May 13 – August 9, 2024). Be willing to work from the Atlanta or MSP office (as agreed upon during the interview), with a hybrid work schedule that includes both onsite and remote work arrangements. Have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and have completed at least two years of a university program, with a degree emphasis in Computer Science, Software Development, Systems/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics/Operations Research, Cyber Security, Business Management, or a related field. Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Have a passion for solving complex problems and be willing to invest time and effort to overcome challenges and learn from mistakes. Be familiar with Agile methodologies, Software Development Lifecycle, and cloud computing, as well as PC hardware components and/or maintenance.
