If you possess excellent 10-key data-entry skills, a strong sense of urgency and efficiency, and the ability to work in a confidential environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Processor in our Lockbox department, your key responsibilities will include: * Performing data entry functions from checks images per clients' instructions * Ensuring accuracy and productivity standards are met, in accordance with client service level agreements and department goals * Cross-training and providing support in other areas of the department as needed * Working in a team environment, ensuring work is processed according to individual client instructions and deadlines **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * 1 year of previous data-entry experience * Minimum score of 13,500 Ks/Hr - 15,500 Ks/Hr on numeric testing * High School Diploma / equivalent * Excellent 10-key data-entry skills (both alpha, numeric, and combined) * Team-oriented * Accuracy, time management, self-motivation skills, and the ability to function independently * Logical decisional-making rationale * Ability to work under limited supervision * Strong communication skills (verbal and written) * Strong sense of urgency and efficiency * Must be able to work in a confidential environment * Basic PC skills (production program is trained internally) * Knowledge of MS Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel **Working Environment** As a Data Entry Processor in our Lockbox department, you will work in a fast-paced production environment with moderate noise levels.
