Key Responsibilities

Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output to ensure data integrity
Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, using problem-solving skills to resolve issues
Scanning documents and printing files when needed, maintaining organized digital and physical files
Keeping information confidential, adhering to data integrity and security policies to protect sensitive data
Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files, providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Complying with data integrity and security policies, ensuring the proper use of office equipment and addressing any malfunctions


Essential Qualifications
