As a Professional Data Entry Keyer, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Reading and deciphering customer and shipping orders submitted in person, via our print catalog, and online, even when handwriting is difficult to read
* Keying data into specific Microsoft Excel fields and verifying its accuracy before entering it
* Ensuring consistent data across the system by checking for updates, such as customer address changes
* Reporting any data errors or anomalies to your supervisor
* Performing filing, copying, and other administrative duties for approximately three hours per day, while spending around five hours daily on data entry
**What We Require:**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills to accurately interpret and enter data
* Excellent organizational and communication skills to maintain accurate records and collaborate with the team
