You'll also support our customer service and operations teams by processing reservation statistics, updating customer information, and verifying the accuracy of records.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Enter passenger data, flight information, and operational facts into arenaflex's computer systems with a high level of accuracy.
* Process reservation statistics, including bookings, cancellations, and adjustments to flight itineraries.
* Update customer information, ensuring that all facts are current and correct.
* Support the input of financial and accounting facts related to ticket sales, revenue, and expenses.
* Verify the accuracy of records before access and correct any mistakes or discrepancies as required.
* Participate with other departments to ensure the timely and correct transfer of records between systems.
* Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data security and privacy guidelines.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis as required by arenaflex's management team.
* Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy.
**Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent. Additional relevant education or training in data entry or computer-related fields is desirable.
* Proficiency in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Familiarity with computer programs and data entry software. Knowledge of airline reservation systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) is a plus, but not always required, as training may be provided.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively.
