As a remote data entry coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our prescriber assessment process, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced data entry coordinator to join our team in a remote capacity. As a data entry coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and organizing Prescriber Evaluation Referral Forms (PERF), gathering internal and external prescribing data, and coordinating prescriber and patient mailings within unique time frames. You will also create and release COMPASS and RHM communications, generate ad hoc reports for the prescriber assessment team, and assist in presentations to the Integrity and Patient Safety teams. Key Responsibilities Research and analyze managed substance orders placed manually at the shop level to determine suspicious ordering patterns and take appropriate actions to educate the user on proper ordering approaches Generate reports and provide data to DEA dealers on store dispensing patterns, prescriber or patient profiles within a 48-hour window, and build ad hoc queries to pull data outside of regular reporting requirements Maintain up-to-date knowledge of issues such as managed substance ordering approaches, Good Faith Dispensing policies, and DEA licensing requirements, and assist stores and field supervision with questions via email and contact on various related topics Assist analysts in developing and reviewing store audits for managed substance losses, collaborate with Pharmacy Managers and Supervisors to ensure that losses are reported within the required time frame and with 100% accuracy, and manage prescriber price ticket decision system Validate and update prescriber data, collaborate with Pharmacists to ensure that any prescription blocking is legitimate, and research and analyze requests for increases to managed substance allocations, making informed decisions based on collaboration with Pharmacy Managers, Supervisors, and item vendors Utilize skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and database querying to assist analysts in the creation of presentations and training for store staff and supervision Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma/GED and at least three years of experience as a pharmacy technician Required certification in Certified Pharmacy Technician as granted by PTCB Experience with prescriber licensing requirements (NPI, DEA, and state licenses) Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Experience with querying databases and reading and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive the development of outcomes and find solutions Experience communicating effectively (written and verbal) as appropriate for the needs of the audience Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Experience with internal arenaflex systems, including SIMS and IC Experience with managed substance ordering approaches within arenaflex (PDQs, RxQuick Order, and Passport) Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database querying Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
