Experienced Data Entry Clerks for Alternate Investments Reconciliation and Trade Processing (Remote Opportunity at arenaflex)

Key Responsibilities
The Data Entry Clerk will be accountable for a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
Processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles
Identifying and addressing breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents
Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions task, and processing/reconciling returns activity
Conducting analysis of complex/escalated issues and performing testing/validation of new technology enhancements and provider changes
Completing projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Data Entry Clerk will engage primarily with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce, and will also interact with external business partners, including fund companies, transfer agents, and opposite agencies.
Duties Analysis
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for:
Reviewing subscription deals or transfer requests
Client/Advisor amount exceptions
Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
Reconciliation of Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks
Reconciling across BOS and Fund Companies
Reviewing and analyzing correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving
The Data Entry Clerk will be required to:
Identify and resolve internal/external system improvements or issues
Determine the root cause of breaks between arenaflex, the Fund, and other external partners
Provide method or technology solution alternatives to Management
Remediate transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm, Client, or Business Partner
Respond to business partner inquiries regarding Fund information requirements/eligibility
Follow up on Alternative Investment moves to expedite the customer request or remediate not neat issues
Promptly and correctly complete client investing and dividend requests
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
