**Key Responsibilities**
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve current processes
* Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidate applications
* Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
* Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
**Essential Qualifications**
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
* Marked attention to detail in daily work
* 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
* Advanced English level
