As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for collecting, organizing, and updating data in our databases, while providing exceptional customer service to our employees and clients. **Key Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

* Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients.
* Scanning through information to identify pertinent information and correcting errors.
* Organizing information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing.
* Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering information into relevant databases.
* Ensuring data is backed up and stored in an organized manner for easy retrieval.
* Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered and handling additional duties as required.
* Collaborating with employees and clients to collect information and resolve data-related issues.

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
* Strong knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, with experience in data entry and database management.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and clients.
* Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
* Proficient touch typing skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
