Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Clerk/Excel professional at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Entering data into a computer system with high accuracy and speed, meeting the requirement of alpha-numeric keying a minimum of 45 words per minute with no errors. Verifying data from scanned documents into one of two processing systems, checking for accuracy, and making corrections as necessary. Utilizing computer programs and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, for data entry, report production, and document creation. Working independently to complete assigned tasks within strict deadlines, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills. Maintaining confidentiality when handling Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and other sensitive data. Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications: Experience entering data into a computer system. Experience entering or verifying confidential or Personal Identifiable Information (PII). Experience utilizing computer programs and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite. Well-qualified candidates will also have experience in the following areas: Document capture/processing software, such as IBM Intelligent Forms Processing (IFP), Kofax Capture, or OnBase. Formal training in data entry, document processing, or a related field. Essential Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent data entry skills, with high accuracy and speed. Strong attention to detail and ability to verify data for accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
