**Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Entering Bill of Lading information into Excel spreadsheets with precision and accuracy
* Processing lead invoices in the Somax G3 system with attention to detail and a focus on efficiency
* Filing and maintaining accurate records in a timely and organized manner
* Performing other clerical duties as requested by management, such as data entry, mail processing, and report preparation
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and support across teams

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Basic math skills and the ability to use a 10-key calculator
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
* Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework or a degree in a related field preferred
