**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Irmo, SC. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data by matching system data with customer entries. This is a dynamic role that requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow with our organization.

**Responsibilities**

• Ensure accuracy by matching system data with customer entries, using your strong attention to detail and typing skills.
• Adapt to changes in the process as it is new and evolving, demonstrating a trial-and-error mindset to quickly adapt to new challenges.
• Identify and correct errors after reviewing documents, using your analytical skills to resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with others to manage and rectify errors, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.
• Approach tasks with a proactive attitude, seeking opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the growth of our organization.

**Essential Skills**

• Strong attention to detail and typing skills, with the ability to maintain high accuracy rates.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to maintain strong attendance and willingness to work Saturdays, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to our team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve errors efficiently.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

• Experience in clerical, computer skills, and data entry, with a strong understanding of data management principles.
• Experience in administrative support, front desk, and scanning, with a focus on customer service and communication.
• Customer service and customer support experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers.

**Work Environment**

Our office is located in Irmo, SC, and operates from 8 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. The work environment is business casual, with a focus on comfort and productivity. As a contract position, you'll have the opportunity to work with our team and contribute to the growth of our organization. If hired permanently after the contract, the role will be fully remote, offering the flexibility and autonomy you need to succeed.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
